out of state or have demanding schedules and would prefer to have a professional
handle the planning for them
Full Wedding Planning Service
- Unlimited consultation planning
- Listen to your ideas
- Assist in budgeting your plans
- Will attend joint meeting with each vendor
- Assist with wording and selection of invitations
- Two weeks prior to your wedding we will contact your vendors and go over
details per your instructions.
- Contact all vendors week of wedding to finalize any monies still due.
- We will attend rehearsal making sure everyone in your wedding party understands
their responsibility.
- Timeline for ceremony
- We will arrive 2 hours in advance at the ceremony to make sure everything
is decorated
- Distribute Wedding programs when applicable.
- Welcome every guest.
- Overseeing that ushers/groomsmen are doing their job of escorting your
guest.
- Pin ushers/groomsmen boutonniere
- Check maid of honor and bridesmaids making sure they look beautiful.
- Special attention will be given to the bride before she walks down the
aisle so that she looks beautiful.
- The procession will be precisely lined up without any confusion.
- Any bubbles/rose petals or doves will be release on time.
- Your receiving line will be organized.
The Reception
- We will make sure your place cards are alphabetized and displayed.
- We will make sure your guest book and pen are properly displayed.
- We will attend rehearsal making sure everyone in our wedding party understands
their responsibility
- We will check to make sure your toasting glasses, cake cutter and server
are in their respective places.
- Make sure your favors are distribution.
- We will make sure your vendors arrive on time.
- Distribute envelopes to pay vendors. (Only at your request).
- Timeline for reception
- Make sure your gifts secure.
- Greet your guests and assist with distributing wedding programs when applicable
- We will gather all your personal items at the end of the reception so that
nothing is left behind.
- Emergency Kit - We are prepared to meet any emergency situation that may
arise

A client who has the time to plan their own wedding or event
